The Ferco 528 had a special Handle to cylinder spacing of 2-3/4" (70mm), Most locks have a 3-5/8 (92 mm) spacing.
The Old Style 528 used a 5/16 inch (8mm) diameter spindle., the replacement handle uses 1/4 inch (7mm) spindle
If your door lock is the Old Style Atrium Ferco 528 Compare measurements to be sure it will work
Note you may need part number E-91440-00-0-0 to convert the spindle from 7mm to 8mm in your lock hub.
