This sliding patio door pull improves the grip for open door from the outside.
The 3-15/16 inch hole centers work with other universal type door handles.
The 4-15/16 inch hole pattern is offset 1/8 inch from center line to work with Adams Rite, W&F and similar type mortise latches.
This outside handle has a knock out, if keyed cylinder needs to be added. Drill out, 1/2 inch diameter. May need to clean burrs
