This hinge was sold by HOPPE HTL and used by Fuhr, Pozzi, Caradco, Hurd, Jeldwen, Windsor, Crestline, Weather Shield and other door companies 
Typically found on doors using the Fuhr or Hoppe brand multipoint lock.  
The old style 2D hinge fit a route in the door panel and frame of 3-5/8 inch (92mm) 
Hinge will work on Outswing Doors, but does not have NRP set screw to prevent pin removal. 

Adjustable Hinge Specifications:  
The Guide Hinge (H) is installed at the top and bottom to provide horizontal adjustment.  
They are used with the SET HINGE (V) which is installed at the center for vertical adjustment  
Four hinge doors have an additional Set or Guide Hinge depending on weight. 
Jamb Screws - #9 x 3/4 Phillips Flathead;  
Panel Screws - #8 x 1-1/2 Phillips Flathead.  
Handing: Non-handed, Reversible, Removable Pin for Left or Right hand doors

Option 1. Hoppe - We suggest replacing with the Hoppe Aluminum Adjustable Guide and Set Hinge.  
If replacing with Hoppe hinges, you need to replace all 3 hinges ( 3 hinges, 1 set and 2 guide.) 

Option 2. Amesbury - makes a Steel all in one Adjustable Hinge, with Vertical and Horizontal adjustment. 
If replacing with Amesbury hinges, you need to replace all 3 hinges ( 3 hinges, 1 set and 2 guide.) 

NOTE: Columbus 2D Hinge was thinner than other hinges - Can be Replaced with Hoppe or Amesbury  
If they need to have 100% precision, they can route, shave or sand the door 1 mm on the bottom side of the route
