Multipoint Lock door handle set for hinged swing doors.
This handle set is not handed and will fit on left or right hand doors.
It will work with a key above or key below multipoint locks.
Works with G-U, Ferco, Marvin, KML, BiltBest, Hurd and others.

The handle PZ is 3-5/8 inches (92 mm), center of handle to center of thumb-turn.
The lock / cylinder type is an American version with a flat tail piece.
It has a 5 pin SC1 keyway with 2 keys.

This handle set fits 1-3/4 inch (45 mm) thick doors.
The screw holes on the escutcheon plate are 7-3/4 (197mm) center to center.
The escutcheon plates are 1-1/16 x 8-11/16 inch ( 27 x 220mm)
Constructed out of solid brass, this handle set is available in the following Functions and Finishes.

This handle is an active, keyed handleset with a thumbturn.
This handleset is available in two other functions:
Inactive: Non-keyed with thumb-turn - 404102
Dummy: No Key, No Thumb, Rigid levers - 404103

Note: If you are replacing hardware, keep in mind that these escutcheon plates may be smaller than the originals and may not cover impressions or lines on door panels made by the old hardware.
This hardware is best suited for new construction, replacing with same size plate or when doors have been refinished.
