Andersen left-handed sill (lower) hinge for Perma-Shield casement windows manufactured 1982-1995 (CW Series split arm casement windows). 

Brown shoe for sill hinge, almond shoe for head hinge.

NOTE: Old style and new style replacement hinges can NOT be used on the same window. Only buy this if you need to replace the bottom hinge. If you need both the bottom and top hinges, replace with lower hinge #1361461 and upper hinge #1361463.
