This is the replacement part for Perma-Shield doors manufactured from 1994 to 1999.

In addition this vintage handle replaces part #1278104 which was used on primed wood patio doors and earlier model Perma-Shield patio doors.

The primed wood gliding door units were manufactured from 1964 to 1983.
The earlier Perma-Shield patio doors were manufactured from 1968 to 1994.
