Three hooks located 11-3/4 & 27-1/2 from the bottom and 5-3/4 from top when door is in unlocked position.

There are 4 tick marks on the bottom end of the faceplate to cut to fit different doors.

Lock Body Measurements: 
Backset: 1-1/8 inches (28 mm)
Handle PZ: 4.72 inch (120mm) This is the distance between the center of the spindle hole and the center of the cylinder hole.
(Cylinder will not operate when in unlocked position) 
Sticker on some locks: U2/ KOP or 11Z/ KOP.
