HTL Inactive Rod Version Gear. 1-3/4 (45mm) backset.
The Inactive Rod version is used when there is NO Astragal between the door panels of a french door. The inactive rod version secures the door at the head and sill while allowing the active door lock to engage to secure the two doors together.

Handed: Yes, THe faceplate is handed, not the lock body 
Left and Right Handed - As you look at the faceplate one side is square, one side is radius.
The radius side is The Left or Right hand with the handle at the top, cylinder at bottom

The rods used with the Inactive version were available in Different Diameters
Rod Diameters: 5/16 inch (8mm) or 25/64 inch (10mm)
Rods screw into the mortise lock body; can be cut to length as needed;
Rods are sold in multiple lengths

Cylinder Backset: 1-3/4 inch (45mm)
Rod Backset: 0.98 inch (25mm)
Handing: Right Hand
