Upper bolt does not have cushion on the back of the bolt

There is not a technical data sheet for these components.

The upper bolts do not have sealing pads on them (lower bolts do).
For inswing astragals, one upper and one lower bolt are required.
For outswing astragals used with outswing bumper sills, two upper bolts are required and no lower bolts are used.
For outswing astragals used with outswing sills that are not bumper style, one upper and one lower bolt are required.
