NOTE:
This latch is held in with a screw located under the thumb button.
To remove button, slide back and insert a small screw driver under the edge, and lift up.
Then, remove Phillips head screw and slide latch out.

Some companies referred to this as a left hand viewed from the outside. Other times is is referred to as a right hand viewed from inside. Please refer to the image to determine which handing you need.
