This is a multipoint door handle set for hinged swing doors.

This handle set is not handed and will fit on left or right hand doors.

It is used primarily on interior doors where restricted access with a key is NOT desired, however it can be used on exterior doors.

There is a Thumb-turn on this handle set, allowing for semi restricted access.
The Thumb-turn will lock the handle levers in place.

The handle levers, when unlocked, will operate the multipoint lock.

Works with G-U, Ferco, Marvin, KML, BiltBest, Hurd and others.

The handle PZ is 3-5/8 inches (92 mm), center of handle to center of thumb-turn.
There is no lock or cylinder with this handle set.

This handle set fits 1-3/4 inch (45 mm) thick doors.
The thumb-turn rotates 90 degrees.
The screw holes on the escutcheon plate are 7-3/4 inch center to center.
The escutcheon plates themselves are 1-1/16 x 8-11/16 inch

Active: Keyed with thumb-turn - 404101
Dummy: No Key, No Thumb, Rigid levers - 404103

Note: If you are replacing hardware, keep in mind that these escutcheon plates may be smaller than the originals and may not cover impressions or lines on door panels made by the old hardware.
