This is a Replacement Handleset used on older Pella doors that have Single-point Mortise Locks

Important Measurements:
Handle Spacing: 3-11/32 inches ( 85mm ) - Standard is 3-5/8 ( 92mm )
A variety of styles offer a wide range of measurements,
Escutcheon Plate Width: 1-5/16" to 1-31/32"
Escutcheon Plate Length: 8-7/8" to 10-15/16"
Screw Hole Spacing: 7-13/16" to 9-5/32"
