Sash Lock for Peachtree Ariel Tilt Double hung window, this Peachtree Ariel Lower swivel sash latch fits windows from 1996 - 2003. The Base measures 1 x 2-3/4 inches, Screw hole spacing 2-1/16 inches. 
The Marking on the bottom of the base includes the number 9600 and on the Latch handle 9603.
