Cut out for Mortise Lock 5/8 x 8-3/8
Backset: 1" (25.4mm)
Cut out for Mortise Lock 5/8 x 8-3/8
Mortise Lock Faceplate width: 5/8 inch
Mortise Faceplate length: 9-7/8
Mortise lock Screw holes: 8-3/4
Mortise Lock body length: 8 inch
Mortise Lock body depth: 1-3/4
Escutcheon Plate: 1-9/16 x 8-7/16
Escutcheon Plate Screw Holes: 7-1/4
Handle to Cylinder PZ: 3-5/8

Replacement Options:
1. Buy a new Door

2. Replace with Surface mount Handle, Drill new installation screw holes
* 303087 Non-Keyed
* 303098 Keyed
* 303081 Brass plate for covering holes
* 960376 Steel plate for covering holes
Will need to cover old holes with sheet metal or escutcheon plate
Drill new holes to match hardware choice

3. Replace with Marks 301059, requires modifications, and will not work on some thinner doors.
* Backset: 1" (Same)
* Mortise Lock Face Plate: 1 x 9-7/16 inches ( 3/8 Wider than Original)
* Mortise Lock body: 3/4" wide x 6-7/8" tall ( 1/8" Wider, 1-1/8" Shorter)

4. Replace with Roto 25mm (1") backset SPL Lock Case
