Used by Grisham on their bank vault security storm door  Includes Handles, escutcheon plates and keyed cylinders, Mortise Lock and Screws (Does NOT include - Latch Cover plate). Has Left or Right Handed, spring latch on face of lock. 

Specifications: 

• Faceplate: 1 x 6-7/8
• Cylinder Backset: 1 inch from front of face plate to center of Cylinder
• Handle Back set: 7/8 inch to center of Handle. 
• Lock Markings: Inspect 010; Grade 1: ANSI 156.5
• Escutcheon Plate: 1-3/4 x 9 inches; **factory included plate normally has small imperfections and sold as is***
• Hole spacing from center of key Cylinder to center of handle: 5-1/4 inches 
• Handle Hole Diameter: 1/2 inch
• Cylinder Hole Diameter: 1-1/8 inch  (NOTE: Hole for cylinder is off center; Handle hole is Centered)
• Inside Handle Plate: 1-1/16 x 2-1/2 inches
• Cylinder Length: 13/16 inch; 4 pin cylinder, Adams Rite Tail piece
• Keyway: Kwikset, Rekeyable (need to cut KW1, 5 pin key blank shorter )

NOTE:

The only difference between the Left and RIght hand hardware is the mortise lock latch.

If you order the wrong handing, you may exchange just the lock case for the opposite one.
