Pella Replacement Kit with Special Handle Spacing (PZ) of 85mm (3-11/32 inches)

This lockset replaces part #9099998, a discontinued Pella single-point mortise lock with an 85 PZ and 55mm backset.

Kit Includes:
(1) Single Point Mortise Lock
(1) Euro Profile Key Cylinder Strike Plate
Handleset Trim - (2) Handles with or without cylinders and/or thumb-turns.
(2) Escutcheon Plates and Screws

Important Mortise Lock Measurements: 
The Mortise Lock is a Single-point Entrance Mechanism with a 3-11/32 inches (85mm) handle spacing or PZ.
Backset: 2-3/8 inches (60mm) - Pella was 2-3/16 inches (55mm)
Faceplate: 7/8 x 9-3/8 inch Square Corners - Pella had Radius corners
This Mortise Lock will fit on older Pella Doors with Single Point Locks
Handing: Non-Handed, works for both right and left hand.

Function: Active, Keyed European Profile Cylinder handle set with inside Thumb-turn

Color/Finish: Antique Brass, Polished Brass, Satin Nickel, Antique Nickel
Polished Chrome, Brushed Chrome, Oil Rubbed Bronze
