Used on Larson 1 inch thick door, Brass Exterior Lever.
Standard 1-3/4 screw hole spacing for handleset.
Hole Spacing from Top screw to bottom 3-7/8 inches.
The overall screw hole spacing from top to bottom is not standard.

NOTE: This handle can be replaced with several other ones, but may require drilling new holes.
