Specifications:

• Used on the hinged patio door: 
• Uses 2 individual latches, Hole spacing for the latches is 6 Centers. 
• One is a spring latch, the other for the deadbolt. 
• Standard 2-3/8 backset 
• The most common problem is the internal spring on the handle breaks. may be replaced with other styles with 6 inch center lines. 
• # 40055 Bright Brass, # 40056 Antique Brass. 
• The # 40050 Kit to rebuild the handle spring may work on this handle. 
• 2-3/8 Latch and deadbolt combination part # 40051
