Uses Primarily with Keyed Entry locks

NOTE:
The spring latch and dead latch are interchangeable. 
However, the purpose of the deadlatch is when the small round pin is depressed it makes the latch fixed and was designed to prevent someone from using a credit card or other thin item from opening a locked door.
