Used in Visions hinged patio doors made prior to February 2004

Bottom roller located 26-1/2 inches down from handle
Middle roller located 26-1/2 inches up from handle
Top roller located 47-1/2 inches up from handle
Backset: 45mm
PZ: 92mm

Replace with HOPPE 3-Point Lock: 4991176
*Note: replacement lock has 2 rollers, one below the handle and one above. Middle roller strike from original lock will be unused and can be removed or just left alone.
