Andersen Emco Keyed 3 Post Storm Door Hardware w/ Deadbolt for 1-1/2 Inch Doors

Andersen / Emco keyed split finish 3 post storm door hardware handle set with deadbolt for 1-1/2 inch doors in polished brass and black.

The original hardware is discontinued and was not split finish. It was the same color inside and outside. (306003)

This handle set is a replacement for 306003 is split finish black on the inside and polished brass on the outside.

Handle set has 3 posts with hole spacing from top the bottom screw of 5-1/2 inch.

Please note that the bottom hole for the key cylinder is not round, it is oval. The 4th screw is a sheet metal screw that goes in the door.

Outside Plate Height: 8 Inch

Outside Plate Width: 1-3/8 Inch

Outside Plate Hole Spacing: 1-3/16 Inch, 3-13/16 Inch

Inside Plate Height: 2-1/2 Inch

Inside Plate Width: 1-5/16 Inch
