This is a grade one triple valve heavy duty commercial door closer with an aluminum alloy shell.
This model is ideal for use on heavy duty commercial, architectural and institutional applications.
It features a non-hold open arm that is UL listed for "A" label fire doors.

Includes:
1 Closer Body with regular arm with a slimline cover.
All necessary hardware for regular or top jamb installation.
