Balancer maintains the position of the window sash
They are found above the upper sash in the head jamb, and are located on each side of the window
This balancer is used on the right hand side of the window as viewed from the exterior of the window
When replacing balancers we recommend replacing both balancers and the window side jamb liners, the left hand balancer for this window is L10/1827
USED ON 56” HIGH UNITS OR WHERE LIMITED TRAVEL IS NECESSARY
