Commercial Doors Lever Handle, with cam, Factory Right Hand - Duronotic Bronze (DU)
The handle is not handed - but the cam plug with hook is handed for left or right-hand doors.
 

The cam hook has a retaining c-clip that can be removed to reverse handing.
