Bottom of door is cut out for spring. For wood doors 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 thick weighing up to 77 pounds.
Comes with Top Pivot, Bottom Hinge, screws and 2-1/2 x 10-1/2 cover plates.
Swings 116 degrees both ways,
Hold open feature at 88 degrees.
