Deadbolt has pin in center
Faceplate is connected with Rivets

Lock Operation: 
Lift lever to extend 2 Hooks, use key or Thumbturn to throw deadbolt and secure lock

Unlock Operation: 
Retract deadbolt with Key or Thumb turn and depress lever to open door.
