This Lever Lock is used on Larson Lifecore & MagnaSeal Series Storm Door.

Special 4-3/4 inch screw hole spacing. 

Lock: Yes, Keyed with Inside thumb button to lock handles. 
Door Thickness: 3/4 to 1 inch thick. 
Latch Faceplate: 5/8 inch x 2-5/8 inch 
Backset: 1-3/16 inch (from edge of latch to center of handle hole)
