Note 1: Door thickness* 
Will fit doors Less than 1-1/4 inch with different screws. Will fit doors greater than 1-1/2 inches with longer screws and thumb latch bar. 

Note 2: Keyed handles** 
The flat tail piece from the key cylinder and thumb latch meet in the middle of the mortise lock. If either of the flat tail pieces are to long, it may be necessary to trim to fit for doors less than 1-½ inches thick.
The flat tail piece on the cylinder rotates 180 degrees. If lock does not function properly, remove handle and rotate the tail piece 180 degrees.
