Replacement Kit for discontinued 80 inch Fuhr Roundbolt 45mm backset

This is a roundbolt version multipoint lock replacement kit for the discontinued 80" Fuhr roundbolt multipoint lock with a backset of 45mm.
This replacement kit was developed for the above mentioned lock and may not work as a replacement for other locks.

Please check your measurements carefully.

Discontinued Fuhr Roundbolt Measurements:
Faceplate: 5/8" (16mm)
Backset: 1-3/4" (45mm)
Handle Spacing (PZ): 3-5/8" (92mm)
Handle Height: 39" (914mm)
Overall Length: 80" (2032mm)
Top Roundbolt Location: from center of Handle Cylinder up - 32-1/8" (816mm)
Bottom Roundbolt Location: from center of Handle Cylinder down - 26-1/4" ( 668mm)
Roundbolt box is 5" in Length and 1-3/4" in Depth

Replacement Kit Measurements:
Overall Length: 72-1/4" to 85-5/8" (1835mm - 2175mm)
Faceplate Width: 16mm (5/8")
Backset: 45mm (1-3/4")
Handle Height: 36" (914mm)
Handle Spacing (PZ): 92mm (3-5/8")
Top Roundbolt Position: from center of Handle Cylinder up - 32-1/8" (816mm)
Bottom Roundbolt Position: from center of Handle Cylinder down - 26-5/16" ( 670mm)
Roundbolt gear boxes are 5-1/8" in Length and 1-3/4" in Depth

NOTE:
This replacement may require some modifications to the door jamb.
The gear boxes on the replacement are slightly bigger in length.
You may need to chisel out a very small portion of the preexisting holes to make the new replacement gear boxes fit correctly.
