To reverse (rehand) this lock, a Phillips head screwdriver is required.

On the side of the mortise case, aligned with the latch, there is a small Phillips head screw. Remove this screw to release and fully remove the latch from the lock case. Once removed, rotate (flip) the latch to the desired orientation and reinstall it into the case. Secure the latch by tightening the Phillips head screw.
